Movie description: Singh is a legendary don of Vidharbha and an expert of bare-handed fighting and who never bares his teeth. His philosophy of fighting is "do not hurt your opponent, defeat him with dignity without attacking him". He gets his name from the eponymous weapon he carries - a sword with a handle covered in gold, which he uses to create new legends about himself. The life of Singh started with him having to survive as a pickpocket at the ages of 12 years, eventually becoming part of a gang led by Bhagwan Chacha (Pawan Malhotra), who forced the gang members to steal whatever they wanted. They had made an attempt to steal from the Government Reserve Bank of India, realizing that what is there in the bank is eventually returned by the government, but they were caught and sent to prison. The remainder of the gang (except for Singh) were convicted and served sentences in jail. While in jail, Singh became an expert at mugging and was able to escape from jail with fellow inmate Jafar Khan (Gulshan Grover) who would become his second-in-command and was given a new name: "Rangbaaz" (meaning: one whose style is like a work of art). Together, Singh and Rangbaaz form a new gang that robs corrupt people without hurting them. The story of their first encounter begins with Singh and Rangbaaz robbing a rich businessman: after splitting the take, Singh notices that the businessman has a ring which is the same as the one he (Singh) had stolen. After they are thrown out of jail, Singh and Rangbaaz go to Mumbai with the intentions of stopping their old gang from committing robberies in foreign lands wherein they are being sent back to India for capital punishment. Meanwhile, Bhagwan Chacha's gang splits up into two factions after Bhagwan Chacha changes his mind about stealing money from Punjab National Bank. "Rangbaaz" has been released on 11 July 2014. The music of "Rangbaaz" has been given by Ismail Darbar. The lyrics have been penned by Irshad Kamil, Irfan Kamil, Kumaar, Urmila Matondkar, Sunidhi Chauhan. The theme music is "Main Hori Jiya Tomar" composed by Raam Laxman. The track was released in the soundtrack album titled "Rangbaaz - The Ringtones" . It was released in two versions.
